The Quadra Tower Liquid Handling Workstation has a small footprint, no bigger than an office laser printer, is easy to use and accurate. A new user can quickly become familiar with the operation and aspirate/dispense of aqueous or organic fluids. A built-in bath enables tips to be washed between cycles or can be utilized to contain dilution solutions or standards for uniform additions to the microtiter plate. This bath can be upgraded to an ultrasonic bath with a system-connected and plumbed, circulating peristaltic pump to replenish or replace liquids contained in the bath.
The Quadra Tower Liquid Handling Workstation is available with an air-displacement 96 tip head or a positive displacement 96/384 tip head. The air displacement head supports Tomtec’s standard 450ul disposable tips and pipette down to 10uL with a CV of 3%. The four positive displacement options support either 96-tip or 384 tip head with a CV of 2%.
