In addition to the Mettler Toledo probe, the Rapid_pH Automated pH Meter for Viscous Samples pH probe wash station has been optimized to use a power wash spray of DI water to remove contamination between measurements. With an optional static wash well, the user can enable the use of light detergent or sterilization fluid. The Rapid_pH Automated pH Meter for Viscous Samples are optimal for those testing in the food and cosmetics industry.
The Rapid_pH Automated pH Meter for Viscous Samples offers:
- Compact design easily fits on your benchtop
- Automated rinsing, drying, and measurement of each well, tube, or vial
- Automatically records each individual result using the Rapid pH software
- Large sample set measurements while reducing required volumes
- pH sample volumes can be as small as 75 ul in half area 96 well microplates; measure pH samples with volumes of 200 ul in a standard 96 well microplates
- Larger pH sample volumes are not a problem in deep well microplates, vials, or tubes
- Automated shut down, the Rapid_pH automatically moves the pH probe to a storage tube containing KCL
- Accuracy within +-0.05 pH.
- pH measurement range from 0.0 to 14.0.
- Completely automated protocols require no user intervention during operation
- Easily integrated into an automated system
- Compatibility with a wide variety of labware including 96 well plates, 24-well plates, 96 deep-well plates, 48 well racks with vials and PCR plates
- An intuitive Rapid pH software guides you through setup to select plate type, the standards (any number of repetitions is supported), and simple execution
- Optional pH probe sterilization
Software:
The Rapid_pH software is intuitive, easy to calibrate, and run your pH samples with minimal training. The Rapid_pH software allows you to import data about your sample sets and export the pH results. The pH meter calibration screen is shown below. One simply selects the type of plate, enters the standards (any number of repetitions is supported), and press the play button.
All pH samples are run from a similar screen. In this case, the user picks the microplate format, then either manually selects the wells to be read or imports the data from a saved file that the user creates. A pH sample set can be run in row or column order. The Rapid_pH used Mettler Toledo InLab Micro Probes. It is not compatible with HANNA pH probes or Thermo Fisher pH probes.
Users who rely on pH measurements are often subject to inconsistent results among manually tested samples. Hudson Robotics’ Rapid_pH Automated 96 pH Meter solves this problem by assuring exact consistency of the probe storage, preparation, and measurement processes. It is accurate and FAST!
