Automating your flow cytometry workflow couldn’t be simpler.

1. Select one of your pre-defined methods in your flow cytometer.

2. Load a stack of sample plates to be processed in the input stack.

The PlateCrane EX or PlateCrane SciClops will sense the stack height and automatically determine the number of plates in the stack before removing the first one, so you need not even tell the system how many plates are being loaded. In fact, you may add plates on the fly to be processed without interacting with any software.

3. Hit the Start button in the Hudson software. Repeat as needed.

When signaled that the run is complete, unload the output stack, analyze your results and repeat as necessary to complete your study
