LabLinx™ Automated Microplate Delivery System

A high-speed, modular, expandable stacker & track system that delivers microplates individually, or many plates simultaneously, to multiple instruments.

LabLinx Automated Microplate Delivery System offers users up to 10 times the throughput of ordinary microplate handling robots. It may be used with single or multiple instruments. For users needing complex, fully automated systems, LabLinx can connect independently operating workcells, providing the best of both simultaneous parallel workcells and end-to-end automation. Used together with our SoftLinx™ Lab Automation Software, it brings throughput, data management and ease-of-use to new levels.

Description

LabLinx Automated Microplate Delivery System is our unique linear track-based microplate delivery system that enables you to store and deliver plates to any compatible laboratory instrument, quickly and automatically.  LabLinx is mechanically robust and can turn an ordinary liquid handler into a complete automated workcell.

Easy to configure and set up, LabLinx Automated Microplate Delivery System greatly increase throughput by delivering labware to multiple instruments simultaneously. LabLinx will out-perform any track-mounted, articulating arm lab automation system.

All LabLinx systems come with SoftLinx™V Scheduling software, enabling the user to create automated methods quickly and easily.

LabLinx microplate stacker can service a single instrument, like Hudson’s Micro10x Reagent Dispenser (on the left) for unmatched speed in a simple filling application.  Or, LabLinx can move microplates through a series of instruments and systems in a complex workcell, as shown in the video clip below.

Applications

LabLinx Microplate Stacker offers users the ability to have a high-throughput, multi-tasking assay system on existing benchtops. LabLinx track segments link together to form a linear system that delivers plates to as many instruments as may be needed to perform any automated method.
