Please advise before returning to our facility if there are any unusual or specific performance issues in order to expedite your request. DECONTAMINATION REQUIREMENT for HEADS:

1. Please use a mild lab detergent to wipe the outside of the head down.

2. Use a 3% bleach solution to clean glass and needles and rinse with distilled water before sending the unit back to ARI
