Biometra TRobot Integration
Hudson has developed a plugin for the Biometra TRobot thermocycler. This integration has been incorporated into a number of workstations that require a PCR step as part of the supported application pipeline.
Hudson has succeeded in automating the gene assembly process, the key first step of a typical synthetic biology pipeline. We have systems that can be integrated with commercial automated oligo synthesizers, as well as subsequent de-protection and purification. In addition, we can pool oligos and carry them through the complete process to form functioning genes and complete genomes, such as viruses.
Hudson Robotics’ unique capabilities and product mix have enabled us to lead the entire world in the automation of the complete Synthetic Biology Pipeline: from automated oligo synthesis and gene assembly through transformation, colony picking and plasmid preparation.
Combined with our previous work with protein expression and purification systems, Hudson now offers a solution to automating any process encountered in a typical molecular biology laboratory.
PCR and qPCR
Building your qPCR reactions has never been easier or more affordable. The Hudson Robotics SOLO is the ideal pipettor for building the most complex sample set for your qPCR pipeline. Whether you are building a few qPCR reactions from 1.5mL source tubes or running serial dilutions on thousands of samples per day, there is a SOLO configuration to get the job done.
Protein Expression & Purification
Hudson offers a wide range of instrumentation to support the entire range of protocols commonly encountered when preparing peptides and proteins. From liquid handlers to support PCR through vast, multi-component systems to support an entire research effort.
